THE BOOK OF COINS

This catalogue is a complete guide dedicated to coin collectors. The coins featured in the catalogue are organised in chronological order. The accompanying information is meant to be enough to correctly identify each coin and facilitates the collection and preservation of the monetary emission. For each coin featured in the catalogue it is mentioned the reference ID number from Krause catalogue (KM#), and SPINK catalogue (SP#), if available.

The Book of Coins - Titles available:

Super offer: Collection of all 6 volumes only £600 !

How to use the catalogue:

1.       Select the coin you want to insert in the catalogue

2.      Clean the coin with soap and water, then dry it quickly

3.      You may apply a thin layer of microcrystalline wax for better preservation

4.     Insert the coin in the frame holder*, with the reverse side up, in such a way that the tail of the coin is placed on the front side of the coin frame holder, in medal alignment**.

5.  Slide the coin frame holder in the allocated catalogue space, considering the obverse/reverse alignment.

6.      To take out the coin frame holder from the catalogue (in case you want to replace the coin) press gently in the upper side, from the reverse towards obverse side of the paper and pull up gently.

* For this catalogue we recommend the 50x50x1mm coin frame holders.

** Medal Alignment - the obverse (head) and reverse (tail) sides of the coin right way up compared with the other side, when the coin is held at the top and bottom, then turned round; as opposed to Coin Alignment
